Good to Know
When bringing your new plant home
Carefully remove your plant for the package as soon as possible. Unpacking your plant slowly is important to avoid harming any leaves or breaking stems.
When you buy a plant and bring it into a new environment (different lighting, humidity, etc) it needs to adjust. For the first 48 hours avoiding repotting your plants, avoid shocking it with direct light, and use a humidity box if possible

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day. Other shipping methods may be utilized if a sooner arrival time is guaranteed.
Shipping price is calculated based on weight of objects and delivery location. Due to weather, packages may experience delay to ensure an undamaged arrival of your plants and packages.
Our refund policy
All plant sales are final sales unless otherwise stated. Wildflora goes the extra mile to make sure your plant arrives safely, but as plants are living things there is risk involved. If your plant does not arrive in an acceptable condition you are eligible for a store credit. Refunds are determined case by case.
