Fertilizer-
My favorite fertilizer I’ve used is perky plant! I add it to propagation jars, my watering can or simply sprinkle some on the soil of the specific plants I want to fertilize. I fertilize all year round as long as the plant is showing signs of growth.

Lighting-
Grow lights are crucial in the winter with less daylight hours, but I use then all year long for those areas of the house that you want plants but there’s little to no lighting! Here’s three different types of grow lights to best suits your plant collection setup!

Shears are a must and a repotting mat is so helping for avoiding having to deal with that dirt pile you’ll probably ignore for a day or two (guilty).

Use this gardening Velcro to fasten your plants to a pole or plank of wood if you prefer them to climb! Plants that climb tend to be happier, produce larger leaves and grow bigger!

Pest care-
Pest are bound to happen even if you take great care of your plants. There are ways to prevent them and to save your plant before they take over.
Sticky traps are great for any flying pests that may bother your plants!

Mosquito bits are great for fungus gnats and to kill their larvae in the soil before they hatch!

Mosquito dunks - place a tablet in a reusable tea bag and let it sit in your watering can! When you water your plants the nutrients will transfer and keep fungus gnats and their larvae away!

These granules are perfect for easy pest care! Shake a little on top of your plants soil and water! They kill and prevent many pests! I use this every time I bring home a new plant because you never know what pests could be hiding in the soil.

Propagating
Rooting hormone powder is wonderful for providing extra nutrients to your plant to encourage new root growth. Dip your cuttings in the powder and place in your propagation jars!

This heating pad is great for propagations as they tend to prefer warm environments. It’s also good for adding warmth in the winter months without drying your plant out, or causing damage from heating vents. You can even use if underneath your cacti and succulents! They’ll love it!
