Our Store Policies

We founded Wildflora Plant Shop with two goals in mind: plants and their affects on your physical and mental health. The owner of this small business has dealt with health problems her entire life, from high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, to anxiety, she found how caring for plants improved her physical and mental well-being. 

 

Wildflora values being environmentally friendly, respectful to all living things, and providing excellent service to our plant community.

Our store policies are as follows:

Our shipping policy-

We are committed to improving the world in every possible way. We use eco-friendly shipping packing that safely transports your plants and products!

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day. Other shipping methods may be utilized if a sooner arrival time is guaranteed. 

Shipping price is calculated based on weight of objects and location it is being sent. Due to weather, packages may experience delay to ensure undamaged arrival of your plants and packages.

Refunds - 

All plant sales are final sales unless otherwise stated. Wildflora goes the extra mile to make sure your plant arrives safely, but as plants are living things there is risk involved. If your plant does not arrive in an acceptable condition you are eligible for a store credit. Refunds are determined case by case. Any concerns with your plant should be brought to our attention within 24 hours after your delivery. Please contact us at wildfloracustomerservice@gmail.com

All non-plant and soil purchases are return- and refundable within 30 days of the purchasing date. Email wildfloracustomerservice@gmail.com with your order/receipt number to initiate  the return process, at that time we will issue a refund to your original payment method. *Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to complete and post to your account.

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Returns

The Small Print

Returns and refunds are detailed in our store policies. Plants may experience shock from traveling.*  Please contact our team at admin@wildfloraplants.com including your order/receipt number within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photo proof of concern of the items eligible for a refund.

Refunds typically take up to seven (7) business days to complete and post to your statement.
